Goat Trail Cottage Renovation
Additions and alterations were made to restore the charm of the original 1908 cottage and compensate for the previous remodeling. A new covered porch with balcony and a 650 s.f. second-floor addition clearly defines the main entry, re-balancing and unifying the front facade. Carefully placed on the rear of the house is a 450 s.f. family room and reconfigured kitchen
