Tulare Beach Cottage

The open floor plan and carefully arranged spaces gives this 1,650 s.f. Cape Cod-style home a spacious feel. Situated at the end of a popular beach road, this small lot was constrained by the shoreline to the west and south and a steep bluff immediately behind the site. This project required a new sea wall and special septic system, and the Homeowners' Board approval.
